• During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended, but we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

3. Shipping Locations:
• Currently, we only ship within Australia.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

• Delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
• Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days.
• Express delivery options are available for faster shipping.
5. Order Tracking:

7. Shipping Charges:
• Orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping within Perth. Orders below $150 within Perth will incur a flat shipping rate of $15.
• Shipping charges for orders outside Perth are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the order and the selected shipping method.
8. International Orders:
• For international orders, please contact us directly at info@ashigaru.com.au to check the possibility of shipping to your location.
• Ashigaru Motorsport is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by the destination country.
9. Order Modifications:
• Once an order is placed, modifications to the shipping address or method may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
10. Lost or Damaged Items:
• In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at info@ashigaru.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
11. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
