• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@ashigaru.com.au to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
• Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Special or custom orders.
• Clearance or sale items.
4. Refund Process:
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order.

• A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, especially for items that require extensive inspection, repackaging, or refurbishing.
